E-Ladder Rules:

1. The E-Ladder is offered to everyone around the World who can submit their payments by western union, moneygram, wire transfer, etc.. Unless your country is listed then you have more payment options. If you are within the listed countries, you have options that facilitate submitting your payments and receiving your products. (Through Banks, Agents, E-waseet etc..)
   If you live outside the countries that are listed then in order for you to receive the product you can do the following:
   A- If you wish to receive cash instead of your product, you have to purchase ladder positions on as many ladders, however the total product value (In terms of the Lebanese Market) must be equivalent or above $1000 in order for us to send them a cash amount instead, Example: Ladder #1 , a Laptop, you purchase for $100, the Lebanese market value is $1500, you can have that market value sum (minus the fees) sent to you anywhere in the world! This service is done by using western union, moneygram, wire transfer etc.. (Fees will be deducted, 20% deduction fee and the cost of transferring the amount).
   B- You can receive the products to your door from our Global suppliers! This varies from country to country depending on the products each member chooses, some products may not be sent to you as such you will receive a cash amount instead (See Option Above..)
   
   
2. Payments are to be made in order to be listed on the ladders. By Cash, Check, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank / Wire Transfer. No Refunds.
   
   
3. Each member can be on as many Ladders as they want and on the same Ladder more than once as long as he/she does not list himself/herself consecutively. Auction Winners are an exception to this rule.
   
   
4. Members who are at the Top of the ladder, may (if they choose), pay for any additional steps they want to bypass. The cost of each step depends on the ladder, (which is the cost of the initial fee that the member provided when he/she signed up on the ladder). This is done to speed things up if a Top member does not wish to wait for any new oncoming members.
   
   
5. Some Products will be delivered and some may require you to pick them up. It will depend on where you are and on our suppliers worldwide.
   
   
6. If the member who is on Top of the ladder reaches his/her target and wishes to exchange the offered product/service for Cash, a 20% deduction fee, of the offered product's/service's retailer's value will be charged from the amount that will be given to the member. For those outside Lebanon another Transfer fee is applicable.
   
   
7. Members can Not move from one ladder to another.
   
   
8. Gift Certificates will depend on what E-Ladder and E-waseet have to offer the members. It can be any sponsor or simply a shopping center in your city! When the member's turn comes he/she will be notified where he/she will be able to spend the amount given! Gift Certificates are an exception to the deduction fee rule whereby there is No deduction fee if Cash is given World Wide!
   
   
9. Bonus Steps: E-waseet & E-Ladder will provide certain services which will help members climb up faster on the ladder, or helping those on top get off the ladder so they can speed things up! This can be done with the help of sponsors, games, contests, etc..
   When you see a bonus step on a ladder by one of our sponsors, Do Visit their website or business to encourage more future bonus steps! Also advise other business owners to join and become sponsors!
   
   
10. Sponsorship Give Away: Our sponsors will be able to give away any products on any of our ladders to it's members listed on them! E-Ladder will randomly select, based on a draw, any member on any of the ladders and simply give away the product! That means anyone down the list on any ladder has the chance to win the product without waiting! This could be done every day, week, or month, it will depend on our sponsors. Positive feedback to them will encourage more of such activities!
    
    
11. Draw Give Away! E-waseet will give away products, after every other top member who wins, to anyone on the ladder list, based on a draw! So for those who are way down the line you have hope to win the next day! This is done to speed the process and give a chance to those waiting in line or new comers to instantly win and receive the product(s).
    Example: Tom who was on the top of the ladder just won to receive his product, at that point a draw takes place. Suzan who was #55 on the same ladder was the lucky winner! So we gave away 2 winners at the same time!
    
    
12. E-waseet Step Replaced (ESR): E-waseet will replace any nickname on the ladder that did not submit their payment, &/or the member wished to move from their current ladder to another(of same value). Rather than removing their name, we will substitute the nickname with "E-waseet", as such an auction will be provided for that position. The winner of the auction will then take that position. Auctions will take place Only on E-waseet's Free Auction Service. The duration of the auction will depend on E-waseet's choice for every ladder and step. In such case a current member is allowed to own more than one nickname on the same ladder.
    
    
13. Member Replacer: Every member is free to do what he or she wants with his or her position on the ladder. E-waseet and E-Ladder in such case will not be involved, and as such members can sell or trade their positions using auction, classifieds, or simply striking deals with others. However E-waseet will not change the member name listed, nor hold any responsibility to their owners or those who purchase the position.
    
    
14. E-waseet & E-Ladder have the right to change, add, review any of the products listed or steps on any ladder at any time, this is to maintain quality and up to date equipment offered at lowest cost. By using the services of & on E-waseet & E-Ladder, users agree to the E-waseet & E-Ladder rules and regulations.
